Mission Accomplished!

This weekend was a Complete Success. Saturday shopping started at 1030a.m. and did not end until around 6 p.m In the beginning Arch was a little grumpy because he wasn't feeling 100% (could have something to do with the night before), but he knew he was in for a full day. We went everywhere and finally ended up both loving some Bedding at Dillard's. Before Purchasing it we went and had Lunch and then made sure we could find sheets to match at Bed Bath & Beyond. I should let you in on my little secret......... the key to getting your husband to hang in there all day is to buy him an alcoholic beverage every now and then throughout the day. Couple of beers at lunch and he was good to go! He actually was the one who wanted to get Everything on the list done when I was the one who was saying we could do it Sunday after church. After putting it all together I absolutely LOVE our new Bedding and I don't think I am going to have to repaint my Bedroom. BUT I am Faux painting a wall in my living room and I have one coat of green on the wall so far. And This green Is BRIGHT! But I am hoping that after putting the Metallic and Smoke colors over the green it will Tone it down. I will keep you posted and maybe post a pic of the wall when I am done! Love!

Mission

My mission for this weekend is to purchase new bedding for our Bedroom and Paint to Faux a wall in my living room. Finding bedding that both Archie and I like is kinda difficult. Especially when you really don't know what you want. I like more Color and more Fun/modern bedding and Archie is definitely a "neutral" kinda guy. The whole house could be Tan and he would love it! But Not in my house. So Today we are off to Bed Bath and Beyond, Macy's, Dillard's, and where ever else. Then Sherwin Williams. I will let you know the outcome!

Take the Time

Busy Busy Busy. I always feel like I'm making a list to make a list and stressing if I don't get things done. I could not sleep AT all last night because I was thinking of things I need to do. That really are not that important at all. So today I am going to take time to think of all the things I am thankful for and look around and see that really my life should not be so stressful. I don't even have kids! Could You imagine!? I am thankful for so many things in my life! And I need to prioritize and set aside the things that are more important. I am proud to say That I do not think about the business every single moment of the day anymore. But I still need to get things done like paint, organize, look for new bedding, clean floors................. See already making my list!

Wonderful Weekend!

The Weekend Started Friday night with a great concert in The Woodlands. Incubus was Awesome! This is the second time I have seen them at this venue and They never disappoint. I was joined by my girlfriend April, My brother Kamron and his friend Addison. We all had a great time!

Saturday night was Nathan's 30th bday party. It was also a Fun Time! And Archie made it back from the deer camp just in time for the party. Archie went to his deer camp to check his camera only to find that his batteries died the day after he put it out (3weeks ago). So he was bummed! But He came back Saturday afternoon and we went to Nathans Party. Above is me with Nathans wife Karlee who is due in November and is just the cutest prego! She is such a trooper giving a Throwdown party with a bunch of Drunk people!

To finish off the Weekend we went Out On The Nance's boat and Then met up With The Whitaker's on Lake Conroe. Above is a video of Archie wakeboarding and cutting a flip. He makes it look so easy!

The water was Gorgeous. I already miss the sand and the sounds from there. Guess I better start planning next years vacation!

Belize Belize Belize

Belize was AMAZING! We enjoyed it so so much and would definitely consider returning. The people were nice. The town was neat, you had to get most places by water taxi which was cool. I did have a scary experience diving the Blue Hole which most of you have heard already. The best part of that day was seeing 5 Sperm Whales On the boat ride back. The captain got as close as we could and it was two moms with two baby whales and another whale. So beautiful to see in person. I would love to share with you some of our underwater photos but Archie Accidentally deleted them all! I know so upset. He is going to a computer guy in the morning to see if we can recover them. They were great. We got closeups of Big Sharks, Little Sharks, Sea turtles, Huge Eagle Rays and plenty of Gorgeous Fish. We also met some fun friends, some of which were from California and Louisiana! We really enjoyed ourselves and are already thinking of where to go Next!

Packing!

I am Packing, have been for almost a week now! And Archie says today, "Are you really going to take up that whole suitcase by yourself?" YES! And Truth be told I may need another small one..... 1 week of clothes, dive gear, 3 cameras, and makeup and toiletries, and meds and those "just in case"things Take up room! So men just still dont get it. And I really dont think I have overpacked. Yet......

Countdown

By This time next Sunday Archie and I will be sitting on The beach with a Mai Tai in our hand soaking up the Good Life. Exactly One Week Until Belize!!!! We leave Sunday at 9am. I have a feeling this week is going to go by Slow! Vacation is the only thing on my brain!
