One month down!

It has been a while since I have posted an entry so bare with the lengthy-ness. We have been fortunate to have lots of visitors bringing us yummy meals and helping us out. You know who you are and you are MUCH appreciated. I think I have only cooked two meals in the new house! Above you can see Aunt Julie came to visit us and Emery was all over her makeup bag. Nothing and I mean NOTHING gets past this one. She is at such a fun age and is trying to talk but her language is pretty foreign to us right now but still oh so cute.
Daddy getting some loving from his girls :) Archie has been traveling a lot lately so he tries to soak up his time with us when he is here. And yes please notice the paci in Emery's mouth. What once was gone is now back. And frankly I don't really care. She is only allowed it in our house and not in public and is mainly used for naps and nighttime. It keeps her quiet when Crazytown time hits. This "Crazytown Time" as I call it usually starts about 430/5pm and lasts until Emery is asleep in bed. Its the toughest part of the day but this momma is getting the swing of it.
Above is Lyla's One month photo. Not too glamorous I know but Its documented! One month down and dare I say I might just be able to come out alive?!?! I feel like like some days I totally rock as a mom of two and others I feel like I failed but it's a learning process and I honestly am starting to feel like I can do it. Most of the time ;)
Lyla is now a whopping 9lbs 6oz! Yes I did pat myself on the back. Still not a great sleeper and still having some tummy issues but we are working through them. I am trying no dairy and other remedies to help ease her tummy. She also seems like she will keep her olive color skin and I pray she keeps her blue eyes like her mommy.
This is how we roll now! LOVE my double stroller I found used online. Honey is pushing the girls to the park. My parents visited this weekend and helped us finish many things around the house and My dad helped Archie do a Ton of things at the Hut. We truly appreciate how they come here and get things done! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Honey Pushing Emery at our park. Which by the way is oh so fun!
Sunday I decide to take mom and the girls to the fountains at Market Street. Emery had a blast! She was SOOO funny to watch. We will definitely be doing this again.
My silly girl :0
So there is an update. We stay pretty busy with the girls and the hut. Makes me wonder how in the world I am going to go back to work and get it all done?!?! Until that dreadful day (May 7) I will soak up all this sweet time with the girls and get this house in order!
